This beautiful gite is situated on the end of our early 19th century farmhouse but with the privacy of your own terrace for soaking up the sun or al fresco dining where you can enjoy uninterrupted views of mountain scenery

On the terrace is our brand new six person hot tub for year round use both "SUMMER" and "SKI SEASON"in which you may enjoy part of your evening relaxing under the stars with a glass of wine. We also have a heated timber pool for your daytime use in the summer,or you may like to take a dip on your return from a day out.Also on the terrace are table & chairs with parasol in the summer,a BBQ and sun loungers.

The accommodation on the ground floor has a separate kitchen with full cooking facilities incl 5 burner gas hob,single fan oven with grill,microwave,toaster,kettle,slow cooker which can be left on all day and a meal ready on your return and it just uses the power of a light bulb,lots of pots & pans,coffee machine,fridge with water filter jug so you do not need to buy water(although tap water is fine here) and a washing machine.There is also a freezer on our terrace for you to store extra food.We also supply basics such as one kitchen roll,film wrap,foil wrap,olive and cooking oil,washing up liquid & plenty of cleaning products,salt,& pepper,spices,sugar.To each wc/bathroom we supply one toilet roll,liquid soap & hand/face cream.Also a basic welcome pack is here for you ie fresh bread,spread,jam,cream cheese,milk,few tea bags & coffee,fruit.biscuits or cake,wine etc.

Lounge/diner with double doors onto the terrace. Shower / WC etc.

Upstairs you will find a large family bedroom with a double bed and full size single bunk beds with space for an extra single bed or a cot, both of which can be provided free of charge.Because of the large room size there is also a 2 seater sofa.

We can offer an additioal full bathroom and WC.This is an optional extra for those who prefer 2 bathrooms.

Tissues are provided the bedroom.

We are not far from the small village of St Marie de Campan where there is a shop which sells all you would need,with an ajoining bar . Also a Hotel which is one place you could eat should you decide not to cater one evening, there is another hotel 5 minutes walk away also with a restaurant, but facilities in the gite make it very easy to cater for yourselves.The shop is open early for your fresh bread & croissants.

Location

Situated in the high pyrenees, we are at a height of 900 metres in the beautiful Campan valley just off the road to the ski resort of La Mongie and the famous observatory of Pic de Midi which is just few minutes from here. The spa town of Bagneres de Bigorre is 10 minutes away, which you would pass through on your way up the  valley.

There are choices of several airports serviced by Ryanair depending on which UK airport is your preference.
